Their results have seen them remain in title contention against Mamelodi Sundowns.
Galaxy secured a 2-0 win over the University of Johannesburg yesterday, thanks to goals from Alicia Terhart and Leandra Smeda, to go to within one point of the defending champions at the top.
Sibiya revealed that he runs a tight ship with the ladies, which keeps them grounded when things are going their way.
"The players know what is at stake and what they need to do to improve on last season's outcome.
"As far as being humble, you can see that I have one of the most disciplined teams in the division. I have trained my players not to react to decisions that go against them.
"We often tell them, if something is meant to be, it'll be. All they can do is stay humble and work very hard."
He praised the more experienced players in the squad for the way in which they have taken the youngsters by the hand and guided them.
He says players like Refiloe Jane, Nothando Vilakazi, and Nomvula Kgoale have been very important in the team.
Sibiya also spoke highly of the support he receives from club president Tim Sukazi, and says he gives the same attention to the ladies' team as he does the men’s side.
"There is always one thing that myself and the club president always agree on, and that is not to treat my ladies' team as a stepchild.
"The same way he has treated the DDC and PSL sides is the same way he treats TS Galaxy Queens."
As far as the title talk is concerned, Sibiya tries as much as possible not to believe his own hype.
He says the aim is to just improve on their third-place finish last season.
