This after their hard fought 1-0 victory over the University of Johannesburg in the final in Soweto on Friday.
Speaking to SABC Sport, Dlamini admitted it was not an easy tournament, and it took a bit of resilience to clinch the title away from home.
“I honestly feel very good about this milestone - winning the championshipship not just twice but three times. This is something that we were eager to achieve for a while," said Dlamini.
"We wanted to play the final at home so we could lift up the trophy in front of our supporters. It was a very tough tournament for us but I am happy that we fought until the end and that is what it takes to win championships."
The 22-year-old shot-stopper secured her third Varsity championship trophy this year, having joined Udubs in 2022, and remains hungry for more.
“Yes I am a three-champ now, I am grateful for what I have managed to achieve with the club and I still want more, we all want more," she added.
Dlamini believes winning the Varsity Football championship came at the perfect time to help boost their confidence.
"It is a confidence booster, we have been performing well in the league to be quite honest. So I was pleased that we could add the silverware to cheer us up at the club.
"Going forward we want to maintain a positive energy and face every upcoming match in the league with a positive mindset," she concluded.
