Broos, already the longest-serving coach in Bafana history, continues to build on the momentum from guiding the national team to a bronze medal at last year’s Africa Cup of Nations.
The result against Lesotho not only extended Bafana’s unbeaten run but also strengthened their chances of returning to the global stage for the first time since hosting the global tournament in 2010.
"They have a very good team, and they have a fantastic coach, who has turned the tables around for Bafana. I think before he came in there was a lot regarding the team, but he came in and there's a lot of positive from the past two years," said Notsi.
"The team has qualified for AFCON, and you can see he has built the team around some of the top teams in the South African league – teams that are playing in the CAF Champions League, with three in the finals.
"So you see the team is made up of most of the players from those teams, so you would expect the quality that they have would rub off on the national team."
Notsi, whose side is all but out of the running for a spot at the showpiece set for USA, Canada and Mexico next year, believes Bafana are a good example to follow.
"For us, as a small footballing country, these are the games that we like to play because our league, of course, is a bit lower, but it's an opportunity for our boys to improve," he added.
"To play against the likes of Morocco, South Africa, you name them, but, like I said, for us there is a lot of good attributes that came out of this match."
