Kaze was talking to the media after a lacklustre goalless draw against Siwelele FC at FNB Stadium.
Chiefs have now gone four matches without a win in the league and six overall. They are five points behind log leaders, Mamelodi Sundowns, with only a game in hand after nine matches.
Here’s a concerned Kaze.
"Every team has challenges, and we have to admit that right now our biggest challenge is scoring goals, but everything isn't negative, because we are not leaking goals at the back.
Chiefs are struggling to score, and their home record is uninspiring, with just two wins, four draws, and one loss in seven matches.
In this game, they made seven changes to their starting line-up, including debutant Etiosa Ighodaro, as Kaze says they will continue trying new combinations.
Chiefs also finished the game with only 10 players, as substitute Khanyisa Mayo retired after just 12 minutes due to a hamstring injury, and they finished the last 13 minutes of the game with a man down.
Kaze feels that these were also the effects of the tough away fixture in the CAF Confederation Cup against AS Simba in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Kaze also made two important announcements after this game. He explained the reasons behind the absence of his co-coach, Khalil Ben Youssef, who was in Morocco continuing with his CAF A License coaching course.
The Burundian-born coach also revealed that they have settled on number one goalkeeper Brandon Peterson as the sole captain for the season, moving away from their concept of a committee of captains.
