Pedro, 23, has wasted no time in settling into life in west London after arriving in the latest transfer window.
The forward has scored five goals and provided three assists in just eight appearances, quickly becoming a reliable attacking outlet for the Blues.
Former Chelsea winger Pat Nevin has hailed the move, suggesting Pedro's transfer may even prove to be a better deal than Alexander Isak's high-profile switch to Liverpool.
While Pedro has been delivering on the scoresheet, his compatriot Estevao Willian is catching the eye in different ways. The 18-year-old winger, another signing, is yet to register a goal in his first four matches.
However, his dazzling performances and fearless style have already convinced the club hierarchy that he could become one of the game's future superstars, with talk inside Chelsea that his value may eventually soar beyond 200 million GBP.
Pedro himself has been impressed by Estevao's early displays, praising the teenager's work ethic and determination to overcome the language barrier.
"Everyone can see he's a talent. I think he just needs to adapt with the language and the city," Pedro told Sky Sports Premier League.
"The good thing I see is he wants to learn. He wants to try to speak the language. He wants to improve every day. This is very good because everyone knows when you are young you don't care that much about things.
"He's young, but he wants to improve every day. If he keeps going like this, he's going to be a top, top, top player."
