The result will be satisfying for Banyana head coach Desiree Ellis after an improved performance from the 1-0 success in the first match earlier this week.
The game on Friday marked a special occasion for Karabo Dhlamini, who reached her 50th cap in national team colours while a further six changes were made on Tuesday's encounter.
Banyana failed to make promising positions count in the final third as the teams went into the halftime break with the score still goalless.
Ellis made plenty of cganges at the interval and it paid dividends 10 minutes into the second half when Nthabiseng Majiya opened the scoring with a close-range finish.
The home side had to wait until the 90th minute to double their advantage and seal the contest as Shikira O'Malley found the back of the net.
The match would have been a useful exercise for Ellis and Banyana as they continue preparations ahead of the Women's Africa Cup of Nations later this year.
