Alejandro Garnacho hails 'incredible' Chelsea move as he adapts to life in London

Alejandro Garnacho has described his early months at Chelsea as "incredible" and admitted he is enjoying the intensity of Premier League football after making the move from Manchester United.

The 21-year-old winger joined the Blues for a fee of around Ã‚£40 million during the transfer window as part of Enzo Maresca's major squad rebuild. He was one of five attacking signings brought in to strengthen Chelsea's forward line, but is still adjusting to life at Stamford Bridge amid fierce competition for places.

Garnacho has made six appearances across all competitions so far this season, including three in the Premier League. He started against Nottingham Forest earlier this month but was substituted at half-time and did not feature in Chelsea's midweek Champions League clash with Ajax.

The Argentina international is currently battling Jamie Gittens and Pedro Neto for a starting role on the left wing, as Maresca continues to rotate his attacking options. Despite limited minutes, Garnacho has shown flashes of the ability that made him one of United's most exciting prospects.

Speaking to Chelsea's official website, Garnacho reflected on his journey from Spain to England and the experience of playing in one of world football's most competitive leagues.

"At ten years old, I moved to Atletico Madrid," he said. "I was there for five years before I came to England. I'm very happy to play here. The football in the Premier League is really fast, really exciting, and perfect for my style.

"Everyone watches this league, it's the most exciting in the world. To be here at Chelsea is incredible."

While Garnacho continues to settle, teenage Brazilian forward Estevao has quickly made his mark. The 18-year-old has scored in both the Premier League and Champions League, earning widespread praise for his flair and confidence.

Maresca is expected to manage Estevao's game time carefully, but his form has already made him a fan favourite at Stamford Bridge, and his rise could serve as inspiration for Garnacho as he seeks to establish himself in Chelsea's growing attack.
