At the Affidea Stadium in Belfast, Ulster overcame a narrow 13-12 half-time deficit to dominate the second half, outscoring Benetton seven tries to one.
Rob Baloucoune and former Sharks star Werner Kok both crossed twice, with James Hume, Harry Sheridan, and a penalty try also contributing, while Nathan Doak and Jake Flannery added five conversions.
Bautista Bernasconi scored Benetton's only try, with Jacob Umaga adding a conversion and two penalties.
Meanwhile, Leinster battled hard at Rodney Parade before eventually pulling away from the Dragons.
Alex Soroka's early try was cancelled out by Matthew Screech as the hosts led 7-5 at half-time.
Joshua Kenny's two second-half tries, along with Harry Byrne's conversion and a late score from RG Snyman - fresh from his 50th Springbok cap - secured the 24-10 win and a bonus point for the champions.
