The familiar mini-tour format remains in place, with each team playing six matches - three at home and three away. Each side will host a two-match series, embark on a two-match tour, and play a one-off home and away fixture against the remaining team.
This year, the Springboks will host Australia for two matches - at Ellis Park and the Cape Town Stadium - before travelling to New Zealand for two imposing fixtures in the All Blacks' backyard at Eden Park and in Wellington.
The Boks' two fixtures against Argentina will take place home and away. The home fixtures will take place at King's Park but the away fixture won't be hosted in Argentina but at Twickenham, marking only the second time a Rugby Championship fixture has been played outside the traditional SANZAAR nations.
The All Blacks begin their away tour in Argentina before returning home to host South Africa, while the Wallabies will welcome Los Pumas for back-to-back Tests on home soil before the Bledisloe Cup will be contested in Perth and Auckland.
