Sead Ramovic on TS Galaxy's giant-killing ability ahead of Sundowns clash

TS Galaxy coach Sead Ramovic believes there are no easy matches in the DStv Premiership, despite being one of only two teams to beat Mamelodi Sundowns.

After that victory, Galaxy went on to beat SuperSport United, the only other team to win against Sundonws this season, before a nine-game winless slump.

But as The Rockets prepare to welcome the Brazilians to the Mbombela Stadium tonight, coach Sead Ramovic says the league is very competitive and matches are difficult to call.

"With all due respect to Sundowns, Chiefs and Orlando Pirates but all teams are very hard to beat, there are no small teams. Yes, we won against Sundowns, it was a tough game but it's not easy to beat other opponents as well," he said.

Galaxy are just four points above the relegation spot, while a club like Kaizer Chiefs, whom Ramovic believes has better resources, is only five points ahead.

Despite their position, the Serbian-born coach still harbours a top-eight ambition.

"We have 19 and Orlando Pirates has 23, so they are close but how much money do they spend and how much money do we spend? I believe in my skills as a coach. The goal was to be in the top 8 at the end of the season and we still have 13 games to play, we can still collect points. Then you can judge me in the end," he concluded.

Defensively, Galaxy also has the second-best record so far this season, together with the second-placed Richards Bay they have conceded just nine goals, with the log leaders Sundowns having let in only eight goals.
