Following their opening win over title holders MI Cape Town on Boxing Day, only four overs could be played between the same teams at Kingsmead two days later.
A share of the spoils there left them on six points and second on the table behind Sunrisers Eastern Cape, and Klusener had no complaints about how the season has gone so far.
"Yeah, I'm pretty satisfied. Six points from a possible eight in two games is a good result for us, so we're happy, and as you said we didn't really get much to work on from last night's game, but I thought we batted smartly and read the game quite well in the first game."
Zulu, as Klusener is affectionately known, says their plans ahead of the match against Joburg Super Kings this evening will not be affected by the possibility of that happening again. Although the forecast shows little probability of rain in Durban today, the weather in that part of the country made it nearly impossible to get any cricket played there last season.
"The plan remains the same, playing the weather is a dangerous game so you just have to deal with whatever is there, and if there's rain around it's pretty pointless trying to rely on when the rain might come.
"It changes I guess if it's a 5 or 8 over game, then we can 're-look' at the balance of the team."
Klusener says they definitely will be looking at how JSK play their game and try and counter that at home to possibly close the gap at the top of the table. Their opponents have only played one match so far, beating Pretoria Capitals in Centurion.
