TS Galaxy plot to push Kaizer Chiefs to the limit

A win for The Rockets would see them go level on points with their Soweto rivals in the Betway Premiership heading into the extended AFCON break.

Beganović is eager to see Galaxy finish the year on a high and carry momentum into the second half of the season.

"This is a big game you're right, and we want to show improvement in every game we play. We are only thinking about the three points."

Only three points separate Galaxy and Chiefs, with Beganovic arguing that this speaks to the level of the top eight teams.

"All of the top-8 clubs play good football, and every team wants to win as many points as the can because the gap is very tight. If you have two good back-to-back results, you can jump a few positions, but everything is on us."

Beganovic revealed he has targeted a modest 40 points tally this season.

"After every game, we talk and analyse and find ways to get better, but we need to do everything on the field because 40 points is our target this season."

The coach is also not surprised that Galaxy have a clean bill of health ahead of hosting The Glamour Boys due to the magnitude of the fixture.
