The University of Pretoria have snapped up Mamelodi Sundowns winger Promise Mkhuma on loan.

The 23-year-old Brazilians youth academy product made his way into the first team in 2020.

He has played a total of 23 games for Sundowns, while he spent last season on loan in the Motsepe Foundation Championship with Gauteng All Stars, making 12 appearances and scoring twice.

iDiski Times reports: "Mkhuma was linked with a move to DStv Premiership newbies Cape Town Spurs but now completed a move to AmaTuks in the Motsepe Foundation Championship, the second division in the Premier Soccer League."

Tuks also confirmed that winger Matome Rangata has been promoted from the club's SAB league team.

The club posted on Twitter: "The club would like to welcome the following players: Matome Rangata, promoted from our SAB league team. Promise Mkhuma, previously with All Stars FC."
