The 39-year-old has identified a gap in developing attacking talent, opening his doors to players of all ages and divisions.
Speaking to SABC Sport, Majoro – renowned for his finishing during his playing days – outlined the specialist knowledge he now hopes to pass on.
"It's all about finishing in the kitchen. It's a skill that we always have been complaining about, that our strikers don't score goals, and this also came about from the struggles I felt as a player due to not doing enough finishing at club level because truth be told, our coaches and assistant coaches have a lot on their plate where they have to focus on the entire team.
"There's not enough time for the coaches to do some finishing with the players, and when they do it, it isn't focused training. You have to turn the box into familiar territory for strikers."
Through the Major Elite Soccer Strikers Academy (MESSA), he has already worked with Chiefs’ Mduduzi Shabalala and Saudi-based Mohau Nkota, stressing the importance of specialised development for forwards.
How does Majoro determine progress for his clients?
"I try by all means to take videos because without data you can't measure the progress. I also try to take note of every shot the player takes, the kind of position he's in and the kind of technique he chooses to take a shot with.
"Having done my coaching license, I believe that has contributed immensely in the way that I approach each and every session."
Asked why he did not approach PSL clubs or SAFA to collaborate on his idea, Majoro says he is slowly building his reputation as a coach following retirement.
