Kaizer Chiefs will have to go through Richards Bay to get Ranga Chivaviro

SABC Sport has discovered that Ranga Chivaviro signed a pre-contract with Richards Bay FC in January.

The former Marumo Gallants striker has been targeted by different Premier Soccer League clubs after the Limpopo side got relegated.

SABC Sport earlier reported that Yanga SC was also looking at getting the striker’s signature after the CAF Confederation Cup.

According to insiders, the striker was spotted at Naturena on Thursday.

Speaking on Ukhozi FM, on Thursday evening, Richards Bay’s general manager James Dlamini said the striker belongs to them and anyone who wants to sign him must speak to club boss Jomo Biyela.

"Chivaviro signed with us, he belongs to us and any club that wants him, must speak to Chairman" - Dlamini told Victor Molefe.

The club is also expected to part ways with Luvuyo Memela and Ntsikelelo Nyauza.
