Kaizer Chiefs camp bank on three points against Richards Bay FC

Boosted by the return of three key players, Kaizer Chiefs attacker Nkosingiphile Ngcobo is confident of claiming all three points in this afternoon’s DStv Premiership match against Richards Bay FC.

Chiefs coach Cavin Johnson confirmed on the club’s website that striker Ashley Du Preez, winger Tebogo Potsane, and wing-back Dillon Solomons have all returned from the injury list and are available for selection.

"Obviously, as attackers, we need to score and get goals so that the team can win, but we're working in training on playing as a team," said "Mshini".

"To be quite honest, it's working and we are happy, we are confident that we're going to go into the game and get three points."

A win against the Natal Rich Boyz would see Chiefs register three wins in a row for the first time this season, in what will be their last home fixture of the year.

Despite a troubled first round with six losses in 14 league matches, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) international attacker Christian Saile feels his team had a good start to the season.

"The game that we're going to play this weekend is an important game for us and our season. It's been a good season for the team and I've enjoyed being here," said Saile, through the help of teammate Keagan Dolly's translation from French.

"I hope this weekend we can go out and play as a team, work hard because it's going to be a difficult game, and hopefully we can win and end the year off on a high so we can end the season at least second or third."
