Arrows finished sixth in the Betway Premiership this season – marking the first time they make the top eight since 2021, which is part of the reason Dikgacoi is confident of taking it a step further in the coming campaign.
He says their young squad has proven themselves and may just surprise many.
"No, we had a fantastic season. It's been a while since the team has finished in the top-eight bracket, and with a young bunch of players at that," said Dikgacoi.
"If you look at the stats, we are the only team that's playing with quite a lot of young players so that for us is a motivation and it speaks volumes.
"If we can manage to keep the same team into next season, with the same attitude and the same performance, we can challenge for silverware.
"Already we are in the top-eight – that's a start, and I believe if we can keep the same players and maybe make a few additions to the team, I think we'll collect a few silverware next season."
While there may been some uncertainty around the future of coach Manqoba Mngqithi, Dikgacoi says there has been no talk of him leaving within their camp.
"That one I don't know much about, there's never been a word from the team or even from the coach himself – as it stands, he is still part of the team, so I don't know what's going to happen," he added.
"But I know for a fact that that won't discourage us as a team, if it happens that the coach leaves, he did a good job, fantastic, amazing job, and I must also say it's a good return on investment for the club itself."
