The pair are poised to follow midfielder Bongani Zungu through the exit door after the former Bafana Bafana international recently became a free agent when his contract expired.
As reported by the public broadcaster, Zungu and AmaZulu opted against extending their relationship following a frustrating spell under coach Arthur Zwane.
Ofori's departure comes less than two years after he joined Usuthu on a free transfer from Orlando Pirates in September 2024.
The Ghanaian international arrived with the expectation of becoming the club's first-choice goalkeeper, but Darren Johnson ultimately established himself as the preferred option throughout the previous season.
Ofori managed just seven appearances in all competitions during the season, five of them in the Betway Premiership, and now finds himself searching for a new club.
The 32-year-old will also miss out on the opportunity to represent Ghana at the FIFA World Cup – having earned 33 caps for the Black Stars and featured in previous Africa Cup of Nations tournaments, Ofori had hoped a strong campaign would strengthen his chances of returning to the national team setup.
Kutumela's exit may come as more of a surprise.
The 32-year-old featured in 17 matches across all competitions, including 15 league appearances, and scored twice during the campaign.
However, sources suggest AmaZulu are looking to refresh their attacking options ahead of next season as they continue reshaping the squad.
The club is also yet to officially announce the future of Zwane, whose contract recently came to an end, although expectations remain that the coach will continue at the helm.
