The lineup features an entirely new tight five and a fresh halfback pairing for the 18:30 kickoff at Stadio Monigo. The Stormers will be aiming for their first-ever victory in Treviso, which would also mark a fifth consecutive win to start their season.
Salmaan Moerat returns from injury, joining JD Schickerling in the second row, while Sazi Sandi partners Andre-Hugo Venter and Vernon Matongo in the front row. At halfback, experienced Dewaldt Duvenage pairs with Jurie Matthee, with Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu rested.
Springbok scrumhalf Cobus Reinach is set to make his Stormers debut from the replacements bench, which also includes Oli Kebble, making his first appearance for the team since 2017.
Director of Rugby John Dobson said his side would be giving their all in their final match before a month-long break.
"We know just how tough it is to win in Treviso, so it will take a big effort to get the result we need.
"The players coming in are all hungry to make an impression and we will be giving it everything to finish the tour with another win ahead of the international break.
"There are still several areas of our game we would like to improve, so this is an opportunity for us to build on the encouraging start we have made to the season," he said.
