Stormers boosted by return of Bok duo

Stormers head coach John Dobson confirmed that Springboks Deon Fourie and Marvin Orie will recover in time for the United Rugby Championship final.

But the good news just keeps on rolling in...

Fourie - who became the oldest Springbok debutant of all time last year at 35 years young - missed the semifinal due to a tweaked hamstring. Meanwhile, Orie suffered a should injury and was also forced to watch from the sidelines on Saturday.

Now, speaking to News24, Dobson has confirmed the duo will be fit and available for selection for the final against Munster on 27 May in the Mother City."We took a hell of a risk in not playing them, but it was the right thing for them and the team," he said.

"Fortunately for us, they'll both be back in the mix for the final. However, Brokkie won't make it this week because that hamstring injury is worse than we thought.

"He won't play again this season, but there are a couple of guys in the Currie Cup team that we're taking a look at. I hope we don't have another prop injury."
