New York's 'The Hill' returns for 2025 Wimbledon

New York's 'The Hill' returns for 2025 Wimbledon

Tennis fans in New York will be able to catch all the action from 2025 Wimbledon from The Hill in Brooklyn.

The Hill is the Big Apple's version of the grassy embankment outside Court No.1 in Wimbledon, over 5500km away. New York's version recreates the 'English garden' setting, complete with signature florals, strawberries and cream, freshly baked scones as well as traditional fish and chips.

The grassy knoll is set on the banks of the East River, at Brooklyn Bridge Park. The Hill in New York offers fans a unique opportunity to experience the thrill of watching all the live action from The Championships finals weekend, with striking views over the Manhattan skyline.

"We are thrilled to bring The Hill in New York back to Brooklyn Bridge Park for a fourth successive year," said Marketing and Commercial Director at The All England Lawn Tennis Club Usama Al-Qassab.

"It's an exciting opportunity to serve up Wimbledon, and its tradition of tennis in an English garden, for our passionate US fans. This summer, we will turn up the volume in the Big Apple by welcoming Rita Ora, a regular guest at Wimbledon, to perform on Friday evening at The Hill in New York."

Rita Ora is thrilled to be performing at the opening on 11 July.

"As someone who has had the privilege to experience the magic of the Wimbledon finals first hand, I am thrilled to help bring that one-of-a-kind energy of The Championships to the iconic Brooklyn Bridge Park in New York," said the artist.

"It's going to be an incredible celebration of world-class tennis from across the pond. Get ready for some HEAT!"
