After Pakistan had won the toss and opted to bat, opener Farhan started slowly but powered to an an unbeaten 100 off 58 balls as his team posted a total of 199-3 in 20 overs.
The right-handed batter received good support from his captain, and number three, Salman Agha, who scored 38 from 23 deliveries while Shadab Khan smashed 36 not out off 22 balls.
The Namibia run-chase never got going as the African side lost wickets at regular intervals to be 97 all out 17.3 overs.
Pakistan's spinners came to the fore in the second innings with Shadab taking 3-12 while offie Usman Tariq took career-best figures of 4-16.
Namibia exit the global tournament having lost all four group matches while Pakistan won three games, with only a defeat to India.
Pakistan will now join the Super Eight stage where they will take on England, New Zealand and co-hosts Sri Lanka.
