After negotiations, the South African Broadcasting Corporation reached an agreement with Supersport owners Multichoice - the rights holders of the 2023 Cricket World Cup - for the sub-licensing of free-to-air broadcasting rights.

As a result, fans will now be able to watch Captain Temba Bavuma's men lead the charge in India as they hunt for some much-needed silverware at the global showpiece.

The national broadcaster will broadcast all nine of South Africa's group games, as well as the semi-final, final and colourful closing ceremony.

The public can stream the 2023 Cricket World Cup for free right here on, or watch it live on SABC 3 (DSTV 193, DTT and Analogue) as well as SABC Plus.
