The North Africans begin their FIFA World Cup Group F campaign against Sweden, with challenging fixtures against the Netherlands and Japan still to come.
Liverpool striker Isak and Arsenal forward Gyokeres are widely regarded as Sweden's biggest threats, but Lamouchi insisted his players are well aware of their qualities.
"My players know them very well, and they understand the quality of these two unbelievable players. Sweden have many strengths including the set piece."
Swedish coach Graham Potter praised Tunisia’s defensive application during the qualifiers in which they did not concede a goal, but Lamouchi, who only took over in January, says there will be some tweaks.
"I wasn't present for any of the World Cup qualifiers. The team put in great performances and they didn't concede one goal. It will be totally different and very tough when we play Sweden, Japan, and Netherlands."
This will be Lamouchi’s second World Cup having been at this stage as a young coach with Ivory Coast in 2014 where he won one game and lost two.
Lamouchi could have also been a World Cup winner with France in 1998 but was omitted from the final squad – watching them lift the trophy from home.
But the 54-year-old says he can’t have any regrets.
