The pair worked separately during Spain's first training session in New Jersey as Luis de la Fuente's squad began preparations for the showpiece match.
The Royal Spanish Football Federation said there is no major injury concern and explained that both players were following individual programmes as part of workload management.
"Both players are expected to be available for Sunday's match," the federation said. "Their separate work was a precautionary measure as part of workload management."
Porro has been managing a muscle problem after picking up a knock during Spain's 2-0 semi-final victory over France. De la Fuente confirmed after the match that the full-back had been struggling with muscle overload, while reports indicate he has a minor hamstring strain that is not considered serious.
"The defender is dealing with muscle overload and will undergo further evaluation before the final," De la Fuente said after the win over France.
There is even less concern over Yamal. The teenage star took several heavy challenges during his battle with France defenders Lucas Digne and Theo Hernandez, leaving him with bumps and bruises, but De la Fuente quickly played down any fears.
"He has nothing," the Spain coach said after the semi-final.
Spain's coaching staff are focused on making sure every player is fully recovered before facing the defending champions, with freshness a key priority ahead of the final.
The rest of the squad completed the section of training open to the media without any issues, with players appearing relaxed despite temperatures of around 30 degrees Celsius and humid conditions.
