Richards Bay complete Austin Dube's deal

Richards Bay FC are set to unveil Austin Dube as their new player following his departure from Kaizer Chiefs as previously reported by SABC Sport.

Dube has been struggling for game time since he moved to Naturena from Richards Bay in 2021.

His lack of game time has attracted interest from other clubs with Bay approaching Chiefs in May for his service.

It was understood that Chiefs would consider sending him on loan but his former side wanted a permanent deal.

This week the public broadcaster reported that between Chiefs and Dube reached an agreement to part ways.

The source further confirms that Dube has signed a two-year contract with Natal Rich Boyz. He is set to join the team next week to prepare for two pre-season tournaments, the KZN Premiers Cup and the Prince Mangosuthu Legacy Cup.

Natal Rich Boyz already began preparations for the new season, without coach Kaitano Tembo, who is set to arrive on Friday to join his new team.
