Moises Caicedo: 'People don't know' how good Chelsea star Joao Pedro is

The striker has featured in every Premier League match this season, navigating three managerial changes, and has netted an impressive 14 goals in 30 league appearances.

His stellar form was underlined by his first Chelsea hat-trick, leading the Blues to a 4-1 triumph over Aston Villa at Villa Park.

That victory not only delighted the Stamford Bridge faithful but also strengthened Chelsea's position in the Champions League conversation, as they aim to secure European football next season.

Chelsea currently sit sixth in the Premier League table and face a pivotal run of fixtures, including a home clash against Everton under Liam Rosenior, high-profile Premier League matches against Manchester City and Manchester United, and an FA Cup quarter-final showdown with Port Vale.

In Europe, the Blues trail Paris Saint-Germain 5-2 on aggregate heading into the second leg of their Champions League tie, a hurdle they must overcome to maintain their continental ambitions.

Amid all this, Chelsea midfielder Moises Caicedo has heaped praise on Joao Pedro, reflecting the enormous impact the forward has had in his debut season.

"People don't know how good he is," Caicedo said of Joao Pedro.

"For me he's one of the best players, not just in the Premier League but in the world. His movement, the way he plays, how he scores goals - for me, as a striker he has everything."
