The Nigeria international fell out of favour with Napoli head coach Antonio Conte and went on loan to Turkish outfit Galatasaray until the end of the current season.
The forward has since gone on to enjoy a productive campaign with his new club, scoring 33 goals in 37 appearances across all competitions as Galatasaray sit on the verge of winning the league title.
Osimhen's future though remains unclear as he is expected to return to Naples ahead of next season, with speculation linking the striker to Italian rivals Juventus.
But the rumours could not be further from the truth according to Giuntoli, who said: "I am not interested in Osimhen.
"The rumours that you read in the Italian media are only to put pressure on us. Juventus does not want the player."
