Juventus reportedly chasing Real Madrid defender Alvaro Odriozola

Juventus are actively searching for a new right-back and have shown interest in Real Madrid's Alvaro Odriozola.

Under the guidance of Massimiliano Allegri, Juventus predominantly employed a three-man defense this season, with veteran Juan Cuadrado often occupying the right wing-back position.

However, Cuadrado's advancing age suggests that the club is keen to find a suitable replacement to take on the starting role.

Odriozola, who previously had a stint in Serie A with Fiorentina, spent the past season at Real Madrid but struggled to secure regular playing time under Carlo Ancelotti.

The 27-year-old Spaniard featured for only 92 minutes across six appearances in all competitions.

As Gianluca Di Marzio reports, Juventus has expressed admiration for Odriozola and is considering a potential transfer for the Real Madrid full-back during the summer.

Nevertheless, Juventus has not limited their options solely to Odriozola.

They have also shown interest in his Real Madrid teammate Lucas Vazquez and Spezia's Emil Holm for the right-back position.
