Igor Tudor urges Juventus to 'keep working' after AC Milan stalemate

Juventus manager Igor Tudor has demanded for his team to keep working after a goalless draw against AC Milan at the Allianz Stadium on Sunday.

The Croatian led his side to the fifth consecutive draw in all competitions on Sunday, with Rossoneri winger Christian Pulisic also missing a penalty for the visitors.

"It was the kind of match we expected," said Tudor to DAZN after the match

"Difficult, against a strong team. We wanted to win, both sides had chances, and in the end, a draw is fair."

The manager attempted to force an opening by making a triple change in the 69th minute with Dusan Vlahovic, Khephren Thuram and Lois Openda replacing Kenan Yildiz, Francisco Conceicao and Jonathan David.

However, the decision was met with jeers from the home supporters, with Juventus failing to threaten Milan's goal despite the changes.

"Yildiz, Conceicao and David were tired, they've played so much. We tried to finish with more cover and energy," explained Tudor.

"With two more goals, we'd have two more wins. That's football. We have to keep working, we'll always be on track."

The Bianconeri find themselves in fifth position on the Serie A table and having played two draws in their opening UEFA Champions League matches ahead of the FIFA international break.
