Tanzania will kick off proceedings, with the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar es Salaam selected to host the opening match on Saturday, 2 August.
Uganda's Mandela National Stadium in Kampala will be the venue for the third-place playoff, while the final will be played at the iconic Kasarani Stadium in Nairobi, Kenya, on Saturday, 30 August.
In a move highlighting CAF's growing focus on inclusivity and regional integration, Zanzibar has also been confirmed as one of the host locations.
The Amaan Stadium - already proven capable after successfully hosting the 2024/25 CAF Confederation Cup final in May - will be among the key grounds for the tournament.
The shared hosting of CHAN 2024 by Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda not only strengthens regional football ties but also showcases East Africa's readiness to stage high-profile continental events.
