Rabiot made it clear that France's focus is on stopping Spain as a team rather than creating a special plan to deal with Yamal, who has been one of the standout performers at the tournament.
"There is no anti-Yamal plan," Rabiot said. "We are focusing on Spain as a whole, not on a single player. They are dangerous in every area of the pitch, whether it's their possession, movement in tight spaces, combination play or attacking players. We have to limit their overall system, not just one individual."
France head into the last-four clash full of confidence after an impressive run to the semi-finals, but Rabiot said the squad remains grounded despite believing they are well prepared.
"We are focused and preparing for the match in the best possible way," he said. "We are confident because of what we have achieved so far, but we have stayed humble throughout the tournament. There is a place in the final at stake and we want to go all the way."
The midfielder also dismissed any suggestion that Les Bleus are intimidated by the reigning European champions.
"We fear no one," Rabiot said. "Looking at the journey we've had, I think we arrive at this semi-final in the best possible condition. We couldn't have prepared any better. Now the pitch will decide the outcome."
Rabiot believes France's success has been built on the strong bond within the squad, both on and off the field.
"There is a real unity in this group," he said. "It's difficult to explain why that chemistry develops, but we get on very well away from football and I think that's one of the main reasons for our success.
"We've also gone through difficult moments together with the coach, and that has brought us even closer. We know this is his final tournament with the national team and that gives us even more motivation. It feels like this is the right moment for us."
The 31-year-old added that constant communication between the players has also been a key factor during France's World Cup campaign.
"We've always taken responsibility," Rabiot said. "We talk to each other a lot, and even at the team hotel we discuss matches in small groups. The coaching staff are very important, but there are things only the players can feel on the pitch.
"Since the start of the tournament we've all shared the same ideas, the same ambition and the same goal. Everyone is pulling in the same direction and you can see that in our performances."
