The match, scheduled for a 13:30 kick-off, will be the first Test between the two nations on South African soil.
The fixture forms part of a blockbuster double-header, serving as the curtain-raiser to the Springboks’ opening Nations Championship clash against England later in the day.
The teams will meet again at Loftus Versfeld on 11 July before the Springbok men host Scotland in Pretoria.
September says South African supporters have always embraced the national teams and believes the women’s side will receive strong backing.
"The people that are going to come and watch the Springbok Women will definitely up the tickets. It's the end of the month now, so as South Africans we will rock up and support the country, whether it's the male or female game."
Springbok Women head coach Swys de Bruin has selected a 30-player squad for the upcoming Tests against the USA, with the group concluding its latest alignment camp in Stellenbosch on Friday.
A total of 22 players were part of the squad that achieved South Africa’s best-ever finish at the 2025 Women’s Rugby World Cup with a quarter-final appearance.
The remaining players include standout performers from the Rugby Africa Women’s Cup, as well as several experienced campaigners whose strong performances in the Pick n Pay Women’s Premier Division earned them a return to the national setup.
September says continuity within the squad has helped accelerate preparations ahead of the opening Test, with many players already familiar with the team environment and expectations.
He says the coaching staff has been able to focus on sharpening key areas of the game, with particular emphasis placed on the fundamentals, execution and accuracy required at Test level.
