The 42-man squad will meet for a three-day training camp from Monday, 18 May at England's Performance Centre at Pennyhill Park in London.
The inclusion of Janse van Rensburg comes after World Rugby confirmed with England that he will be eligible to represent the Red Rose from 8 July. England begin their Nations Championship campaign against the Springboks at Ellis Park on Saturday, 4 July, followed by matches against Fiji and Argentina.
Janse van Rensburg, a former Junior Springbok, ran out for the Sharks and Cheetahs in domestic rugby before signing with the Bristol Bears in 2023. The burly centre impressed and was named in the Premiership Rugby Team of the Season for the 2023/24.
The Pretoria-born star also ran out for the Barbarians against the All Blacks last November.
