The big news is the return to action of experienced utility back Elliot Daly, who comes into the run-on side as a replacement for speedster Tom Roebuck.
Daly is set to play his first game since suffering a fractured forearm while playing for the British & Irish Lions during their tour of Australia in July.
The 33-year-old sustained the injury in the famous touring teamâs victory over the Queensland Reds.
He will line up on the left wing for England with Immanuel Feyi-Waboso, who wore the number 11 jersey in the Red Roseâs triumph over the All Blacks last week, shifting to the right wing while Freddie Steward continues at full-back.
Meanwhile, Maro Itoje will continue to skipper the side from the second-row and he will be supported by his vice-captains, George Ford and Ellis Genge.
Genge, Luke Cowan-Dickie, Asher Opoku-Fordjour, Ben Spencer and Henry Slade are the other new faces in the starting line-up.
Slade takes over from Ollie Lawrence at outside centre and will form a centre partnership with Fraser Dingwall while Ford and Spencer are the half-back combination.

"Argentina play with emotion and physicality, and theyâve shown they can beat the best in world rugby this year. We know how dangerous they can be, and we are preparing for a fiercely contested Test match.
"We have felt exceptional support at Allianz Stadium throughout this series. It provides a real lift for the players, and we hope to create lasting memories for our supporters on Sunday."
