Damian de Allende expecting a 'proper Test match' against unpredictable Pumas

Springbok centre Damian de Allende is remaining humble following the Boks' Durban demolition job last weekend.

The World Champions put on a second-half display for the ages in last week's clash against the Los Pumas, running 67 points past them. But given the Argentines have recorded some incredible results of late, de Allende - who starts at inside centre once again on Saturday - is not taking anything for granted.

"Argentina will come out fighting," the double World Cup winner told the press in London.

"They may not be able to win the competition anymore, but they defeated New Zealand, Australia, and the British and Irish Lions this year already, so we need to stay focused on the task at hand to get the desired result."

The Boks have enjoyed their matches at Twickenham. In fact, they are going for their fifth victory in a row on the hallowed turf.

"We've played here a few times, and although it's neutral ground for both teams, we are expecting Argentina to have a good support base as well, so it's going to be a proper Test match," added De Allende.

"I wouldn't say playing in London is easier than playing in Argentina. The travel was easier, of course, and we didn't have to face the jetlag factor, so it may be neutral territory, but that won't give any team an advantage.

"That said, we are really looking forward to the match. I think more than 60 000 tickets have been sold, so it's going to be an incredible atmosphere."
