West Indies fight back under lights as Australia stumble at Sabina Park

The tourists hold a 181-run lead and eye a clean sweep of the series.

Having already lost the first two Tests in Barbados and Grenada, the hosts showed real resolve with the ball under floodlights.

Alzarri Joseph led the charge with three wickets, removing Steve Smith (5), Travis Head (13), and Alex Carey (0), while Shamar Joseph - already with 20 wickets in the series - struck early to dismiss openers Sam Konstas (0) and Usman Khawaja (14).

Australia's second innings was in danger of unravelling completely until Cameron Green stepped up with a resilient 42* not out, steadying the innings alongside captain Pat Cummins (5*). The pair will resume on day three with the visitors still in a precarious position.

Earlier, Australia posted 225 in their first innings before collapsing from 157 for 3, losing their final seven wickets for just 68 runs.

West Indies replied with 143, suffering a collapse of their own as they fell from 82 for 3 to 143 all out. John Campbell top-scored with 36, while Shai Hope added 23.

Justin Greaves was run out attempting a third run, thanks to a superb boundary throw from Konstas.

Australia's seamers were ruthless, with Scott Boland (3/34), Josh Hazlewood (2 wickets), and Pat Cummins (2 wickets) sharing the spoils. However, wicketkeeper Alex Carey had a day to forget, putting down two chances behind the stumps.
