The home finished the second day on 448-5, already a commanding a lead of 286 runs after the Windies were bowled out for just 162 on day one.
Playing in just his sixth Test match, wicketkeeper-batter Jurel scored a composed 125 off 210 balls to follow the innings of Rahul who had earlier scored exactly 100.
Jadeja then reached his century in the final session to be 125 not out at the close as India seem to be racing to victory in the first Test of the two-match series.
Rahul brought up his second hundred at home, his 11th in his career, in the first session while captain Shubman Gill struck fifty after India had resumed on 121-2 in the morning.
There was little to cheer for the West Indies as skipper Roston Chase continued to plug away with his off-spin to finish the day with figures of 2-90 in 24 overs.
There was also a maiden Test wicket on debut for left-arm spinner Khary Pierre, who celebrated success late in the day with scalp of Jurel.
Washington Sundar was unbeaten on nine at stumps and, together with Jadeja, will add further salt to the wounds of the visitors on day four.
