The Copper Queens are facing North African position for the second time in the group stage of WAFCON, having won 1-0 against Tunisia in 2022 before playing a 2-2 draw against Morocco in the last edition.
Speaking to the media ahead of the clash, Nora believes their preparations went well ahead of the tournament.
Zambia is placed in a group that is believed to be the group of death, alongside the Cleopatras, Malawi and defending champions, Nigeria.
Häuptle says they are mentally ready for the tournament.
"We can't wait to start the tournament, we had good preparation for this competition. 25 players are fit and ready to give their best, and we have made sure to study our opponents very well. We are not underestimating Egypt because they have always been a proud football nation, but the focus is very much on ourselves."
The Copper Queens are appearing in their fourth consecutive WAFCON tournament and the coach added that the team is fully committed to getting only the best results in this tournament.
