The island nation were competing in their second ever global showpiece after their debut tournament in 1974 in West Germany.
In the United States, Canada and Mexico, Haiti were drawn in Group C with Brazil, Morocco and Scotland.
The Grenadiers failed to make it to the knockout stages after three defeats, going down 1-0 to Scotland, 3-0 to Brazil and 4-2 to Morocco.
Migne has now mutually parted ways with the team.
"Haiti have reached an agreement to part ways with coach Sebastien Migne, ending the Frenchman's tenure after he led the country to their first World Cup appearance since 1974," the football federation announced, according to Reuters.
Migne had been in charge of Haiti since 2024.
