Luis Diaz targets Treble as Bayern Munich chase history

Luis Diaz made Bayern Munich's ambition clear: the target this season is simple - win everything.

Speaking about the club's objectives, the Colombian winger admitted that the dressing room believes a treble is possible. Bayern remain firmly in the race on all fronts as the season enters its decisive months.

The German giants are top of the Bundesliga, have reached the semi-finals of the DFB-Pokal and are safely through to the Round of 16 in the UEFA Champions League. It is a strong position, but Diaz insists nothing has been achieved yet.

"We're aware of what's at stake and what we want," Diaz said. "Our goal is to go as far as possible in all competitions and give it our all. We want to fight for every title."

The 28-year-old, who is still chasing his first Champions League crown, believes unity inside the squad will be key. "We have a great team, a great family - very united, humble and hardworking. I know we'll be very proud and happy at the end of the season."

Bayern's recent history shows how quickly momentum can shift. During the 2022-23 campaign, treble talk surrounded the club before Julian Nagelsmann was dismissed and Thomas Tuchel was appointed. The season unravelled, and Bayern only secured the Bundesliga title on the final day.

That experience serves as a warning. Ambition alone does not deliver trophies - consistency does.

But with Diaz adding pace, directness and experience at the highest level, Bayern's belief is growing. The message from the dressing room is clear: they are not just competing - they are chasing history.
