Barca will be crowned champions with three games to spare if they avoid defeat, with Flick's side chasing a second consecutive league triumph in a season defined by consistency, cohesion, and the influence of their young core.
"The atmosphere, the connection between the players is something really special," Flick said in his pre-match press conference. "We have players with a lot of quality, world-class players. The connection between everyone is amazing, especially with the academy players because they have known each other for many years."
He added that the unity within the dressing room has been central to their success: "Winning a second title with this young team would be unbelievable. The players have done a fantastic job. It's not normal here in Spain."
Barca's preparations contrast sharply with Real Madrid's, where reports of a training-ground altercation between Federico Valverde and Aurelien Tchouameni have dominated headlines. The incident reportedly led to disciplinary action and left Valverde with a concussion, ruling him out of the Clasico, while Tchouameni is expected to be available.
Asked about the situation, Flick declined to be drawn into Madrid's internal issues.
"These things happen in football, in life," he said. "I won't say it's normal, but it can happen. You have to manage it, you have to speak. It's better to communicate. But I don't want to speak about Madrid - it's not my job."
He later reiterated: "These things happen all over the world, not just at Real Madrid. But I don't want to talk about it. When something happens, you deal with it and move forward."
Despite the off-field noise, Flick insisted Madrid remain a major threat, particularly with Kylian Mbappe leading their attack.
"Mbappe is one of the best players in the world," he said. "He has great quality. In every situation he is very dangerous."
Mbappe currently tops the league scoring charts and is expected to be central to Madrid's hopes of spoiling Barca's title celebrations.
Flick, however, is focused on his own side's identity and execution rather than external distractions. Barcelona enter the match on a 10-game league winning streak, with key players returning to fitness and only Lamine Yamal ruled out, while Andreas Christensen remains a doubt.
With Raphinha and Marc Bernal available again, selection decisions are becoming increasingly difficult for the German coach.
"It will not be easy to pick 11 players tomorrow," Flick said. "We have nearly everyone back. Everyone is performing at a high level."
He also underlined the importance of staying faithful to Barca's playing identity on such a decisive occasion.
"The only thing we have to focus on is our own display," he said. "We've had a fantastic season as a team. We want to play our game, with our style. We mustn't change anything we've done this season."
As Barca stand on the brink of a title-clinching Clasico, Flick insists the formula remains unchanged: unity, discipline, and belief in a system that has carried them to the top of Spanish football.
