With the window closing at midnight, Lepasa has joined Siwelele FC on a free transfer following his release from Pirates at the end of last season.
At the same time, the Buccaneers have agreed to send Mashiloane to Sekhukhune United on loan for the remainder of the 2025/26 campaign.
Interest in Lepasa was immediate once he became a free agent.
Durban City coach Gavin Hun, who previously worked with the forward at SuperSport United, was among the first to confirm his interest, while table-topping Sekhukhune also explored a deal to bolster their squad.
But the Bafana Bafana striker has opted to give coach Lehlohonolo Seema more attacking options at Siwelele.
Mashiloane, meanwhile, has been allowed to leave Pirates in search of regular minutes. The 23-year-old joined from second-tier side Baroka FC, where he captained the club and attracted topflight suitors.
However, he has struggled for game time in Soweto, making just two appearances under coach Abdeslam Ouaddou.
His move to Babina Noko comes at a crucial time, with Sekhukhune needing defensive reinforcements following a long-term injury to Tsepo Matsimbi.
All documentation is expected to be finalised by midnight, with the PSL granting clubs 48 hours to conclude medicals and routine paperwork.
