The Gunners surrendered a two-goal lead in the encounter, a result that has reignited Manchester City's hopes of catching them at the top of the table. City are now just five points behind Arsenal and have a game in hand.
The disappointing stalemate comes on the back of a 1-1 draw at Brentford, highlighting a worrying dip in form for Mikel Arteta's side.
Saka admitted that Arsenal's level has dropped and acknowledged that the team's momentum has stalled at a crucial stage of the season.
"I just think we have to get back to our level," said Saka.
"Do the basics right and we've got more than enough quality in this team to win games, especially in the games where we've been dropping points in recently. We need to fix that and that's all our focus is right now."
"It's very flat," Saka added when asked about the dressing room atmosphere.
"It's time for us to reflect on the last few performances and fix the issues immediately, so we can get back to winning games, go on a run and build momentum because we've lost that a bit right now."
Arsenal now face a critical period with back-to-back London clashes. They travel to Tottenham Hotspur for the north London derby on Sunday before taking on Chelsea the following week.
