Bayern Munich shut down Michael Olise exit talk

Bayern's chief executive Jan-Christian Dreesen made the club's position clear as rumours linked Olise with Liverpool and Real Madrid. "No matter which club tries to lure him away, anyone who plays for Bayern knows what they have at Bayern," he said.

Sporting director Max Eberl backed that stance and stressed the club are not even considering a sale. "We're not wasting any thought on that," he said. "He's a Bayern player and has all the opportunities here that top players could wish for. Michael has a contract with us until 2029, without a release clause â- we're relaxed."

Those comments underlined Bayern's confidence in keeping one of their most important players. Olise has become a key figure under manager Vincent Kompany, delivering consistent performances throughout the season.

The 24-year-old has started 34 of his 39 matches in all competitions this campaign and has been directly involved in 43 goals, scoring 16 times and providing 27 assists. His impact has placed him among the most effective attacking players in Europe.

Since arriving from Crystal Palace in the summer of 2024, Olise has built an outstanding record in Munich. He has registered 36 goals and 50 assists in 94 appearances, highlighting both his creativity and finishing ability.

Despite strong interest from top clubs across Europe, Bayern's message has been clear: Olise remains central to their plans. With a long-term contract and no release clause, the German champions are in full control of his future heading into the summer window.
