Arsenal defender Gabriel Magalhaes has withdrawn from the Brazil squad through injury.
Coach Dorival Junior announced, via the Brazilian Football Confederation's X feed, that he has called up Juventus defender Gleison Bremer as a replacement.
Gabriel, who has six caps, played the full 90 minutes of Arsenal's Champions League win over Porto last Tuesday.
The 26-year-old was subsequently named in Brazil's squad for their friendlies against England and Spain, but has now pulled out.
Brazil have not confirmed what the injury is or the extent of it.
