Abdul Fatawu Issahaku delight as Leicester reclaim top spot

Abdul Fatawu Issahaku was delighted with his contribution in Leicester's 2-1 win over West Brom in their Championship clash on Saturday.

Wilfred Ndidi opened the scoring in the 22nd minute at the King Power Stadium.

Jamie Vardy added a second with 65 minutes played while Jed Wallace pulled a goal back for the Baggies after 76 minutes.

The result saw the Foxes go back to the top of the league standings with 91 points from 43 games; two clear of second-placed Ipswich Town.

Issahaku, who assisted Vardy for his goal, posted on Instagram after the match: "What a game lads. Great three points and we keep going."

The Ghanaian is on loan from Sporting Lisbon this season and has contributed with three goals and 11 assists.

Leicester are next in action against fourth-placed Southampton on Tuesday.
