Cheslin Kolbe has been cleared to return on the right wing after recovering from the knock that forced him off during last week's opening Test in Johannesburg, while Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu has been promoted to start at flyhalf.
Kolbe replaces Kurt-Lee Arendse in the matchday squad, while Feinberg-Mngomezulu comes into the starting XV after Handre Pollard picked up a niggle during training on Wednesday.
Pollard was assessed again on Friday morning, with the decision subsequently taken to withdraw him from the team.
Feinberg-Mngomezulu, who started at flyhalf in the Springboks' Test against Argentina and last week's clash with the All Blacks, will therefore reclaim the No 10 jersey.
Manie Libbok has been added to the replacements bench as flyhalf cover, alongside scrumhalf Morne van den Berg.
The Springboks will face the All Blacks at DHL Stadium from 17:10 on Saturday.
