Jordan Hendrikse back at flyhalf as Lions name team to face Sharks

Jordan Hendrikse returns to the flyhalf position for the Lions as they face off against the Sharks in Round 11 of the United Rugby Championship at Ellis Park on Saturday.

News broke earlier this week that Hendrikse will be joining his brother Jaden in Durban at the end of the season, but for now, he lines up against the men from Durban.

Sanele Nohamba, who has impressed with his performances at No 10 in recent weeks, returns to his usual number nine position, resulting in Morne van den Berg moving to the bench.

Emmanuel Tshituka makes his comeback after missing the Bulls match due to injury and will celebrate his 50th cap for the Lions. Tshituka will also be linking up with his brother, Vincent, at the Sharks later this year.

Among other changes to the Lions lineup from their loss against the Bulls two weeks ago, Hanru Sirgel is replaced by JC Pretorius at flank, and PJ Botha earns a starting position ahead of Jaco Visagie at hooker, who will provide cover from the bench.
