Cape Town Sevens tickets go on sale as Blitzboks target title hat-trick

The two-day tournament will take place at DHL Stadium on 5 and 6 December, with the Springbok Sevens side set to headline the event as they chase a third successive Cape Town title.

The Blitzboks won last season's HSBC SVNS Series and World Championship and will again be among the star attractions as the world's best men's and women's sevens players gather in Cape Town.

Organisers have reduced ticket prices by between 17% and 28%, depending on the seating category, in hopes of attracting another big crowd for an event known for combining international rugby with music and entertainment.

"We want to fill the stadium once again for South Africa's biggest party," said SA Rugby CEO Rian Oberholzer.

"We can promise two days of top-class action as well as the unique experience the Cape Town Sevens offers with music and entertainment for people of all ages to enjoy."
